On December 24th, 2022, AluK China officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Changzhou Zhongxin Group for the exclusive fabrication of retail market in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui province. At the same time, Mirth, subsidiary of Zhongxin Group, was appointed as the exclusive partner for retailer development of AluK China in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui province.
At the signing ceremony with Zhongxin Group, Ms. Natalia, Managing Director of AluK China, mentioned that AluK will also introduce our luxury series into China soon. No need to go abroad, Chinese consumers can enjoy high end system windows and doors from Europe at home. Meanwhile, Ms. Liu Feifei, Vice General Manager of Zhongxin Group, expressed the Group's expectation for the future cooperation with AluK China in domestic market. It’s a milestone for both of the two companies.
It’s also the first time for AluK China to authorize regional "exclusive retail partner" in domestic market. We look forward to working with Zhongxin to introduce premium system windows and doors to more and more Chinese families, providing comfortable living environment to our end users.
